IGNITE Talent & Energy
IGNITE is a transformative program for people who lead and influence as part of their daily work. It uses multiple ways of knowing to shift mindsets and change behavior. It is practical and research-based; liberatory and mission-focused. And yes, you are a boss. When you lead from a position of self-awareness and own your power, you are able to grow your influence and share power with others. IGNITE takes a cohort of people over a 4 to 6-month period through a shared experience of the following:
