Lisa Silverberg

Lisa Silverberg’s [she/they] coaching and consulting is influenced by her lived experience as a Jewish, queer, activist. She has coached leaders in the Move to End Violence project and has served on the faculty of the BOLD leadership development program at the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). Lisa focuses on helping people and organizations dismantle beliefs, narratives, structures, and systems that limit our ability to bring our full selves forward to do justice work with integrity and in partnership. Lisa is the Assistant Director of Georgetown University’s Organization Development Consulting and Change Leadership program. Lisa is based in Silver Spring, Maryland.
