Joe Alvarez [he/him] is a labor and racial justice leader and visionary change agent who brings an equity and inclusion lens to all of his work. He partners with organizations to lead transformative processes, helping them be visionary, adaptive, equitable, and effective. Joe has worked with national, state, and local organizations, as well as in Africa, Indonesia, Canada, and the UK. Joe is a fellow of Cornell’s Worker Institute and co-designer of the AFL-CIO’s National Labor Leadership Institute. He leaves a legacy with every client he touches. Joe holds a master’s degree in OD from American Univ. He lives in Yonkers when not in his RV.
