Jess Walker Beaumont [she/her] is a Principal with Imagine Us, where she helps leaders and coalitions bridge the urgency of today's struggles with the futures they're organizing toward. She partners with unions, foundations, nonprofits, and social justice organizations as a strategist, facilitator, and certified coach. Grounded in racial equity and justice, she guides leadership transitions, designs multi-year strategies, and builds cultures of trust, shared power, and solidarity across difference. Jess holds a Master's in Public Administration from Columbia University and brings three decades of movement experience, including leadership with the American Friends Service Committee and co-organizing the U.N., WTO, and U.S., Africa, and World Social Forums. She lives in Seattle with her husband and son.
