Jessica Beaumont

Jessica Beaumont [she/her] is a white identifying activist turned organizational development consultant and inclusion coach. She coaches (white) leaders who are seeking to adapt to advance racial equity and justice goals. Always partnered with a BIPOC colleague, she works with organizations to bring a racial justice lens to setting vision and goals, enacting strategic change, and building healthy cultures. Jessica has a Master’s in Public Admin. from Columbia University and 15 years of direct experience on the front lines of social movements: from the U.N. World Conference on Women in Beijing to the U.S., Africa, and World Social Forums. Jessica lives in Seattle with her husband and son.
