Ja Young Ahn-Williams [she/her] is a leadership coach, organizational consultant, and group dynamics facilitator. She brings an authentic and heart-centered approach to creating the conditions for risk-taking and transformation. She is a native New Yorker, a daughter of Korean immigrants, and the mother of a multiracial child. Her identities have gifted her with a capacity to hold multiple realities and a passion for interrupting the silence of marginalized voices. In addition to her coaching and consulting, Ja Young is a facilitator of Somatic Abolitionism, working with Resmaa Menakem and his team of facilitators at Education for Racial Equity.
