Anne Litwin [she/her] has been a consultant, executive coach, researcher and author for more than 30 years, with a focus on race and gender issues. Anne has a passion for unleashing leadership potential in organizations through leadership development and cultural competence. Anne’s work focuses on increasing cultural competence and undoing racism. She is the author of the book, New Rules for Women: Revolutionizing the Way Women Work Together and co-editor of the book, Managing in the Age of Change. She has been a coach for SEIU leaders for 10 years and publishes a weekly blog on gender issues in the workplace. Anne is based in St. Louis, Missouri.
