Tony Bennae Richard, EdD [he/him] From Jackson, Mississippi Tony spent 24 years in the Navy where he facilitated organizational change throughout the military healthcare system. He supports leaders committed to doing the heart work, and hard work, of transformation. He delivers highly experiential leadership programs, organizational change initiatives, and healing-centered coaching, all with an equity and justice lens. His coaching expertise is from Blooming Willow Coaching, and he serves as Adjunct, Georgetown University; Trainer; Rockwood Leadership Institute; and Facilitator, Cornell University Labor Leadership Institute. Tony lives with his precious family in Tennessee.
