Sheri Graubert
Sheri Graubert [she/her], who has a background in theater, has been a leadership presence and public speaking coach for over twelve years. She works extensively with Social Justice organizations, and in the Labor Movement. She also does dramatic-based training related to supporting organizational equity. Sheri helps leaders to develop a public presence, by supporting them in making breakthroughs to step into the power of their own story. While each person has their own learning journey, Sheri often help leaders have control over the messages they are unconsciously sending out by connecting to long-held experiences in their body that impact their behavior, and identifying core feelings and beliefs that influence how they are experienced by others. By making behavior changes through practice together, Sheri works with leaders to override limiting patterns of behavior. She works physiologically, allowing people to gain both comfort and confidence with public speaking, and to establish the public persona that is the best fit for them.
