Michelle Phillips
Michelle Phillips (they/she) is a coach, consultant, and facilitator whose work sits at the nexus of clinical mental health and organizational psychology. Originally from the South and now based in Seattle, Michelle brings both southern wit and deep steadiness shaped by years as a hospital chaplain and mental health clinician. They are often called in when relationship itself is the strategy—when developing, understanding, or navigating a crucial relationship is what allows leaders and organizations to move forward. While it can look like conflict on the surface, Michelle’s training as a clinician and relational neuroscience practitioner allows them to unpack what’s really happening—naming the mental health or structural dynamics at play with both warmth and laser-sharp clarity. With a background that spans healthcare leadership, chaplaincy, and psychotherapy, Michelle integrates relational neuroscience, healing-centered, and anti-oppressive approaches to support transformative change. Outside of work, Michelle is raising a teenage daughter and continues to root their practice in community and liberatory possibility.
