Semillas de Poder

A Latina Leadership Coaching Circle

Join Flavia Jimenez, a seasoned coach and facilitator, in a gathering of Latina leaders. The 6 group coaching sessions will cover topics that build leadership skills including: gaining clarity, finding and naming your purpose, connecting to your nervous system and setting clear intentions.

Purpose

To create a space for Latinas to connect, share our stories, share insight and step into leadership confidently. It is a time for Latina leaders and community builders to honor our ancestral resilience, process collective shifts, and step into our authenticity and power. Through somatic practice, group coaching, and shared stories, we move from weathering the storm to intentionally planting the seeds of our future.

Why now?

For much of my career, I held many positions at non-profits that advocated for the rights of immigrant workers, particularly Latin@s. In this moment, we are met with significant challenges; whether it is finding out about abuse amongst people we historically looked up to, rapid change and uncertainty in the workplace and in our communities, or emotionally painful moments, it can feel overwhelming. It is easy to bypass the deep emotional turbulence. At the same time, we are being called to plant seeds of hope and celebrate the resilience we carry.

I am being called to hold space to witness, reflect and connect with our shared stories, wisdom, courage, strength, and vulnerabilities as leaders in our communities.

This space acknowledges that emotional and physical exhaustion are systemic issues for Latinas and that leadership in this time requires a nervous system that is calm enough to innovate and lead powerfully.
